2-18-15 Wednesday
This morning we were picked up as usual at our host homes,
but rather than going directly to the clinic, we had opportunity to drop off
one of the visiting pediatrician students at a local Courage center-type
facility treating various physical and emotional disorders that are both acute
and chronic.
Upon our arrival Walter was
able to arrange for a tour for all of us.
It is amazing how many are served with the limited supplies and
equipment that are available.
At this
location they have a staff psychologist, but would eventually like to have a
doctor and dentist.
